MAAC ESPN Telecast Schedule Features Four Contests this Week

EDISON, N.J. – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) ESPN telecast package resumes this week on Thursday, Feb. 5 with four broadcasts.
The broadcast slate kicks off with an ESPN3 doubleheader at Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey on Feb. 5. The first game of the night features Rider women’s basketball against Siena at 5 p.m. The two teams met on Jan. 28 with Rider earning the 56-49 victory. The nightcap features a men’s basketball meeting between Rider and Fairfield. In the first meeting between the Broncs and Stags, Rider came away with a 62-46 win on Jan. 5.
The telecast schedule resumes on Friday, Feb. 6 with two broadcasts. On ESPNU at 7 p.m., Iona hosts Siena at the Hynes Center in New Rochelle, New York. The Gaels defeated the Saints, 86-72, back on Jan. 4 in the first matchup of the season between the two teams.
The second broadcast of the night tips at 7 p.m. and features Canisius at Manhattan in Riverdale, New York, airing on ESPN3. Manhattan edged Canisius, 63-60, when the two programs faced off Jan. 4.
The 2015 season culminates at the 2015 MAAC Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships at the Times Union Center in Albany, New York March 5-9. Tickets for the championships are available online at ticketmaster.com.
