Peter Collins, Siena Men's Tennis
So. -Delmar, N.Y.


A sophomore from Delmar, N.Y., Collins emerged as the leader of Siena's men's tennis team this past fall. He won a team-best seven matches during the autumn campaign (four singles, three doubles), establishing himself as a player to watch when the season resumes in the spring. Most notably, he won his match at No. 2 singles against Big East foe Connecticut, topping opponent Jai Yoon in straight sets. Also an excellent student, Collins has excelled in the classroom, posting a 3.91 cumulative GPA as an undecided business major.



Lindsey Loutsenhizer

Loutsenhizer averaged 18.5 points, 9.0 rebounds and 3.0 steals in two games last week. Against Army on Wednesday, she tallied 21 of the Jaspers' 43 points, going 7-for-12 from the field and 2-for-5 from three-point range. Then in the 75-66 victory over NJIT on Sunday, Loutsenhizer notched her first double-double of the season, posting 16 points and tying a career-high with 14 rebounds in 35 minutes of action. She drained four three-pointers in the game, including the 100th of her career, making her one of just eight players in program history to reach that mark. Loutsenhizer added two assists and four steals in the win over the Highlanders.
