OD Anosike, Siena Men's Basketball

Anosike is making a strong case for MAAC Player of the Year consideration. As of Feb. 6 he leads the nation in both rebounding (13.3) and double-doubles (18). Earlier this season, Anosike posted 17 consecutive double-doubles tying for the nation's second longest streak in the last 15 years. A two-time MAAC Player of the Week, Anosike ranks eighth in the conference in scoring averaging 15.1 points. Anosike has excelled in the classroom as well where this fall he posted a 3.75 GPA and currently holds a 3.12 cumulative GPA as an economics major.

 

Bridget Latino, Manhattan Women's Swimming
Sr. - Wappinger Falls, N.Y./Our Lady of Lourdes

Senior Bridget Latino is in her fourth season as a starter on the Manhattan Women's Swim team. Her regular season performances once again helped to rewrite the Jaspers record book as she finished her career with 14 total records including ten individual marks. In her final swim meet of the year, Latino broke the 100 yard Individual Medley mark finishing with a time of 1:04.43 seconds, beating the eight year old record by 0.34 seconds. She is also the first women's swimmer in program history to be named Team MVP all four years.
