Amy Olsen, Iona

Amy Olsen scored 10 goals and
accumulated 12 points overall in just two games, leading the Gaels to a 2-0 start
in their hometown invitational to kick off the first weekend of 2012
competition. Against Harvard, she had four goals and two assists in a 15-14
victory. Versus MAAC rival Villanova, Olsen netted six goals en route to a 16-7
triumph.

Laura Karbach, Wagner

Academy
Laura Karbach amassed a total of 73 saves in the first two weekends of 2012
play as the junior Seahawk picked up a personal-best 15 blocks opposite Fresno
Pacific. With saves in the double digits
for five out the seven games, Karbach's week-ending save percentage of .549
marks her best season start.

Rachel Burns accumulated a total
of eight points this past weekend at the Pacific Invite with two goals and six
assists. With a personal-best four
points in the 11-10 overtime victory against Cal State Easy Bay, the New
Zealand native knocked in two goals and tallied on two assists for the
Seahawks. Opposite the hosting Tigers,
Burns managed to notch on an assist and amassed three more in the 10-3 win over
Azuza Pacific.
