Chelsea Beck, Wagner

Senior Chelsea Beck amassed 14 total points for Wagner this
past weekend in two MAAC contests. The Keystone State native hit every shot she
took as she totaled a weekend-high eight points with five goals and three assists
opposite Villanova. Beck continued to notch on an additional six points with
four goals and two assists against St. Francis (N.Y.). The senior co-captain
also tallied five steals between the two contests.
Defensive Player of the Week
Marisa Gaynor, Iona

Phillips
Marisa Gaynor had an impressive weekend in front of the net,
making 23 saves overall for the Gaels in wins over Marist and Siena. Against
the Red Foxes, she played 32 minutes and made 13 saves en route to an important
12-10 victory. Gaynor was just as stellar against the Saints, holding them to
just four goals on 10 saves in 24 minutes of work.
Rookie of the Week
Molly Andoe, VMI
Fr., Att., 5-7, Garden Grove, Calif./Golden
West J.C.
Molly Andoe helped VMI to one of its best MAAC weekends of the
season as the Keydets posted 10 goals as a team against Siena, resetting the
program's mark for most goals in a MAAC game. Andoe accounted for five of the
team's goals. On Monday, Andoe struck four more teams en route to a 20-10
victory over Salem International, snapping a 20-game slide for the Keydets.
Andoe was responsible for the Keydets' game-winning goal on Monday, her first
career game-winner.
