MAAC Men's Player of the Week

Dan Sauter went 4-0 in Fairfield's two MAAC victories this week, the first at Siena College and the second at home against Loyola University Maryland. In the Stags' sweep over Siena, Sauter did not give up a game in his two wins at number one singles and number one doubles. He took two straight from Collins after winning a doubles match with Zlobinsky against Collins and Burbine. Later in the week against the Greyhounds, he clinched a big win over Norton and Zingler, 8-5, helping the Stags to a doubles sweep. Sauter then played against Sanai defeating him in two straight, 6-3, 6-1.
MAAC Women's Player of the Week
ALLISON RADDE, FAIRFIELD

Allison Radde has been a standout for the Stags in her freshman debut playing primarily at No. 3 singles and the one or two spot for doubles. This past week in Fairfield's three matches, the freshman went 6-0. In their first match against Quinnipiac, Radde played No. 2 singles earning one of two singles victories for the Stags. She defeated Raynor in straight sets, 6-2, 6-2, for her first collegiate match in the two spot. She also paired with Ryan at No. 2 doubles coming away with the win against Raynor and Launie, 8-5, helping the Stags clinch the lone doubles point. In their second dual of the week against MAAC foe Siena, the Stags came away 5-2 and Radde breezed through her matches in the three spot for singles and at No. 1 doubles. She gave up just two games in her singles match, beating Filip, 6-0, 6-2 and with Yajima never dropped a game in their 8-0 win over Sandhu and Ross. In Fairfield's 5-2 victory over Loyola to capture the regular season title, Radde defeated Hoy and Lite, 8-6, in the two spot with Ryan, while in the three spot for singles defeated Fedele, 6-2, 6-2.
