Paul DeCurtis Named MAAC Volleyball Officials Assignor

Edison, N.J. - Paul DeCurtis has been named the volleyball officials assignor for the
Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, announced Commissioner Richard J. Ensor,
Esq.
"The MAAC is fortunate to be able to retain the
services of one of the region's top volleyball officiating experts in Paul
DeCurtis," notes Commissioner Richard J. Ensor, Esq. "I expect that the MAAC student-athletes
and coaches will benefit greatly from his plans to improve volleyball
officiating in the league."
DeCurtis' term as
assignor will begin immediately, and will continue through the 2015
season. His duties will include assignment of officials for all MAAC
volleyball contests and all home contests of MAAC
institutions, as well as all post-season MAAC Volleyball Championship
contests. DeCurtis will also coordinate
recruitment and evaluation of conference volleyball officials.
"It is an honor to be selected as the assignor
for MAAC women's volleyball," DeCurtis noted to the MAAC. "I can't wait to work
with officials, administrators, and coaches this upcoming season."
DeCurtis has served as assignor for several
MAAC institutions in recent years; his appointment as conference volleyball
assignor is the first for the league.
