Durham led Canisius with 18.5
points per game, to go along with 5.0 rebounds per game and a
55 percent field goal percentage. The 5-foot-5 guard scored 16 points on
5-for-7 shooting in the 65-62 win over Siena. Durham then scored 21 points
while pulling down seven rebounds against Iona. The 21 points are the most by a
Golden Griffin in a game this season. The senior guard also shot 54.5 percent
(6-for-11) on 3-pointer on the week and also was 9-for-10 from the free-throw
line.

Joy Adams averaged 17 points, 8 rebounds and 2.5 steals this weekend in helping
the Gaels secure an early 2-0 record in conference play. Connecting on 65% of her shots over the two
games, Adams began the weekend with a 16 point, 10 rebound, four steal
performance at Niagara; marking her fifth consecutive double-double. Against Niagara, Adams scored a team high 18
points on 8-for-12 shooting (66%) from the field to go along with six rebounds.
