Felix Siljeback-Larsen - Manhattan College
Men's Track & Field, Sr., Vasteras, Sweden
Siljeback-Larsen captured his fourth straight Metropolitan Indoor Championship in the heptathlon last weekend. He compiled 5238 points in the seven-event competition, nearly 400 more than the second-place finisher, as Manhattan won the 38th Met title in school history, and the first since 2008. The silver medalist in the heptathlon at the 2011 IC4A Indoor Championships, Siljeback-Larsen has qualified for this year's IC4A meet in both the heptathlon and the long jump.
One of the top multi-event athletes in school history, Siljeback-Larsen won the decathlon at the ECAC Outdoor Championships last season, scoring 6874 points. He also captured the 2012 Metropolitan outdoor title in the decathlon (his second straight), tallying 6902 points as Manhattan claimed the team title. Siljeback-Larsen also helped the Jaspers regain their MAAC Outdoor Championship with a second-place finish in the pole vault.
He has regularly been relied upon to contribute points in several different events at the MAAC Championships and contested the decathlon at the 2010 Penn Relays, finishing fourth.
Lily Grenci - Siena College
Women's Basketball, Sr., F, 6-1, Mars, Pa./Mars
Grenci continues to excel both on the court and in the classroom for the Saints. She currently ranks second in the MAAC in scoring (15.4) and third in rebounding (9.0). The reigning MAAC Player of the Week, she is averaging 19.6 points and 9.4 rebounds over the past seven games. In the classroom, Grenci maintains an equal stellar 3.86 GPA while majoring in Sociology and is one of just 30 candidates nationally - and the first in program history - for the prestigious Senior CLASS Award.
