Lovro Bilonic - Saint Peter's University
Men's Swimming & Diving, Gr., Breaststroke/IM, Split, Croatia

Graduate student Lovro Bilonic was recently named the MAAC Men's Most Outstanding Swimmer at the 2013 swimming and diving championships just over a week ago. Bilonic broke the MAAC 200m Breaststroke record in the Saturday morning preliminaries; coming in at 1:57.59. He would go on to win the event with a time of 1:58.45. Bilonic also received gold medals in the 100m Backstroke (54.44), the 200 Yard IM (1:47.63) and as a member of the 400 Yard Medley Relay team. The Split, Croatia native garnered a silver medal as a member of the 800 Yard Freestyle Relay team. Currently, Bilonic boasts a 3.9 GPA in the university's MBA program.

 

Jackie D'Antonio - Loyola University Maryland
Women's Track and Field, Sr., Middle Distance, Rochester, N.Y./Our Lady of Mercy

Jackie D'Antonio recently capped her Loyola indoor track and field by winning the 2013 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference title in the 800 meters. With the victory, which came in a school-record time of 2:13.92, D'Antonio became just the second Greyhound to win a MAAC indoor title. She is also the school indoor record-holder in the 1,000 meters, and she is a member of five Loyola relay teams that have set school records. During her four years at Loyola, D'Antonio has been a been a standout in the classroom where she enters her final semester with a 3.66 grade point average as a speech pathology major.
