Warner continued to lead the
Canisius offense as she averaged a team-best 19.0 points and 9.0 rebounds in
two Golden Griffin victories last week. The 5-foot-11 forward shot 44 percent
from the field to go along with three 3-pointers. Warner also had seven steals
last week, including a career-high five against Youngstown State. The senior
has led Canisius in scoring in eight games this season and has scored at least
20 points in four games.

Loutsenhizer
averaged 11.0 points and 6.3 rebounds as the Lady Jaspers went 1-2 in three
games last week. In the 70-60 victory
over Stony Brook last Monday night, Loutsenhizer finished one rebound shy of
her first career double-double. With 13
points and nine rebounds, she finished one off her career-high in each
category. Loutsenhizer then tied her
career-high with 14 points and added six rebounds in the loss to Portland on
Friday night. To finish off the week,
she had six points and four boards against Portland State. Loutsenhizer is Manhattan’s leading rebounder
(5.7 rpg) and fourth-leading scorer (7.6 ppg) this season.
