Edison, N.J. - The MAAC and its MAAC.TV partners - Canisius College, Iona College, Manhattan College, Marist College, Rider University and Saint Peter's University - announced a new "Buy a Year, Get a Game" promotion for 12-month subscribers.
The promotion provides fans that purchase an annual package via MAAC.TV or one of the six school sites with two tickets to a home basketball game or a non-basketball MAAC championship.
"The growth of the MAAC.TV network this year has been satisfying as it reinforces the belief of the partners that MAAC sports broadcasts are being sought by our fans," notes Richard Ensor, MAAC Commissioner.
Any fans that have purchased an annual subscription since July 1, 2012 are eligible for the promotion. Fans who purchase an eligible package will be contacted with information to redeem tickets to a basketball game or non-basketball MAAC championship.
MAAC.TV is the official broadband network of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. It provides live video events from Canisius College, Iona College, Manhattan College, Marist College, Rider University and Saint Peter's University, as well as select MAAC Championships.
-The promotion is only available for two tickets to one game and cannot be split up. The promotion is only good for one game in the 2012-13 basketball season.
-Tickets are upon availability. The institutions are not required hold tickets for subscribers.
-Registrants who subscribe with a school can only receive tickets to a home game at that school or tickets to a non-basketball MAAC championship game. MAAC championship game tickets are upon availability.
