Edison, NJ - The NCAA undertakes a number of initiatives with the goal of promoting women’s basketball.  As part of the cause, the MAAC and Radio Disney will team up once again to present special events at selected MAAC women’s basketball contests featuring appearances by Disney stars Moises Arias and Jasmine Richards.

Arias, known as Rico on the hit show Hannah Montana, and Richards, who portrayed Margaret in the made-for-television Disney movie Camp Rock, will make half-time appearances at six different MAAC Schools this February (see schedule below).  The actors will also be available to meet fans as part of a meet-and-greet after the conclusion of each game they appear at.

February 8, 2:00 p.m.- Siena vs. Canisius @ UHY Court at the ARC – Jasmine Richards

February 14, 6:00 p.m.– Fairfield vs. Canisius @ Arena at Harbor Yard – Moises Arias

February 15, 2:00 p.m.– Iona vs. Siena @ Hynes Athletic Center – Moises Arias

February 21, 1:00 p.m.– Rider vs. Saint Peter’s @ Alumni Gym – Jasmine Richards

February 22, 2:00 p.m.– Marist vs. Siena @ McCann Center – Moises Arias

February 28, 2:00 p.m.– Canisius vs. Niagara @ Koessler Athletic Center – Moises Arias
