Offensive Player of the Week
Junior, Center, Berkley, CA
Villanova Junior Dominique Clark dominated the competition at the Behrend Invitational over the weekend. The junior center led the Wildcats in scoring with an impressive 11 goals on 17 shots as Villanova earned two victories this past weekend against Mercyhurst University and Gannon University. Clark, registered five goals in a 14 – 12 victory over Mercyhurst and six goals in a 10-7 victory over Gannon. Clark is the team leader in goals with 11.
Defensive Player of the Week
Sophomore, Goalkeeper, Los Alamitos, CA
Sophomore goalkeeper Kennedy Joseph totaled 56 saves in six games for the Saints. The sophomore recorded 15 saves against Fresno Pacific University, 10 saves against CSU Bakersfield, eight saves against Cal Lutheran, and 13 saves against Cal State East Bay. Joseph also recorded four steals for the Saints.
Rookie of the Week
Freshman, Attack, Chicago, IL
Back to back Rookie of the Week winner, Diana Fernandez continues to impress in her rookie campaign. In six games for Siena the freshman record 12 goals. Fernandez also added four assists, six steals, and drew nine ejections. Fernandez is currently ranked second on the team in goals (21) and assists (11), and ranks second in the MAAC with 32 points.
