As Director of Championships, Rodriguez is responsible for the planning and conducting of conference championships, including events held at Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports. She was also the primary contact on the MAAC’s ESPN broadcast package and oversaw ESPN3 school productions, which together included over 75 broadcasts. In addition, Rodriguez served as the Assistant Tournament Manager of the 2015 NCAA Women’s Basketball Regional in Albany, hosted by the MAAC.

Prior to arriving at the conference office, Rodriguez had a one-year stint at Rutgers University, where she served as an Athletic Communications Assistant. In her role, she was the media contact for women's volleyball, women's swimming and diving, women's lacrosse, and women's tennis. She also facilitated game day coverage for her assigned sports, and managed multiple social media platforms for each team.

No stranger to the MAAC, Rodriguez was the Athletic Communications Assistant at Saint Peter's University from 2011-2013. At Saint Peter's, Rodriguez handled the media relations for the 2011 MAAC Volleyball Championship and aided in the redesign and transition to the new athletic website, all while serving as the media contact for 14 sports.

During the 2013 season, Rodriguez was an assistant coach for the Peacocks’ volleyball program.

A native of Linden, New Jersey, Rodriguez is a 2011 summa cum laude graduate of St. Francis College, where she earned her degree in management with a concentration in marketing. A former volleyball student-athlete, Rodriguez was a captain and four-year starter at the libero position, and is the Terriers' all-time leader with 1,754 digs.

Rodriguez has continued to remain involved with the sport of volleyball, coaching at the high school, collegiate, and club level. She is currently a head coach for Impact Volleyball Club.

Rodriguez received a Master of Business Administration in marketing from Saint Peter's in 2013.
